Emmanuel Journey,
Emmanuel Rehabilitation Society is a registered non-profit organization (Regd. No. SR/ITA/2779), established on 7th May 2005 and headquartered in Naharlagun, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh. We operate under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, as modified by the Societies Registration (Extension to Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 1978.
We are committed to welfare, rehabilitation, upliftment, and empowerment of marginalized communities, especially in the remote and underserved regions of Arunachal Pradesh. Our focus areas include social rehabilitation, skill development, health outreach, and income-generating activities.
Our society is driven by a strong foundation of compassion, transparency, and community service — guided by a dedicated Governing Body and supported by diverse members including life members, donors, and patrons.
We believe in creating impact through meaningful, sustainable actions. Our primary activities include:
- Community Rehabilitation: Supporting individuals recovering from substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma.
- Livelihood Programs: Skill training and income-generating projects for self-reliance.
- Educational Support: Guidance and basic educational aid to underprivileged children and adults.
- Women Empowerment: Vocational training and support groups for women's social and economic independence.
- Health Awareness Camps: Organizing health check-ups, awareness drives, and support for the differently-abled.
- Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Aid: Quick response efforts to aid victims during floods, landslides, and emergencies.
A trusted faith-based Detoxification and Rehabilitation Centre dedicated to restoring strength, purpose, and dignity to those overcoming addiction.
